Placing Orders
You represent and warrant that you are legally capable and permitted to enter into contracts. When you place an order on our online store, you agree to accept and pay for the order. All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time before shipment.
Prices and Payment Terms
The prices displayed on the online store are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
You agree to pay the price posted for each product you purchase, plus any applicable sales tax. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you and pay for delivery to the address you provide. We aim to ship your order within 2 business days after payment is processed. Delivery times vary based on destination. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or other similar charges from the country of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery and inspection of the shipment for any damage. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times. We will inform you if any items become unavailable and give you options to choose replacement items or cancel your order.
Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that customized or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused with the original tags and labels still attached. To start the return process, please email [email protected]. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. Refunds are generally issued within 2-3 weeks after the product is received and inspected.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be an appropriate state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
